Prince Charles tries to become the “Green Prince” by getting his staff members on bikes. This follows on the heels of London’s Mayor calling for pollution-based congestion pricing.
According to The Evening Standard:
[Prince Charles] intends to make more use of the royal train and has ordered his chauffeurs to leave their cars behind and travel by bicycle when they check arrangements ahead of his appointments in London.
Unfortunately, there’s no talk of Charles himself biking. Perhaps we need to get him a Bakfiets or into a senior cycle program?
