The Congestion Answer? Bikes. Get the Poster.

Room to BreatheThis past Sunday, The Oregonian wrote about downtown congestion and how people are managing to get around through all the construction. The winners? Bicyclists.

As anyone with our “Room to Breathe” poster would know, the problem isn’t so much that there’s construction — it’s that cars are so darn big. Our posters are free to anyone who stops by our office (donation requested) , or can be ordered on-line.

    Howdy, BTA’ers:

I purchased 2 “Room to Breathe” posters from you so that my girlfriend and I could both have them hanging up outside our offices. I have a request and a question.

Request: How about putting the Room to Breathe photos up on your website? I would love to be able to direct folks to a URL physically demonstrating how bicycles can reduce traffic congestion; unfortunately I can’t ask everyone to traipse over to my office and look at the poster hanging up outside the door!

Question: At the same time that I purchased the posters, I also bought a great rainjacket that you were selling on the website at the time (apparently no longer). Any idea where I can purchase more of these raincoats (i.e. same manufacturer, doesn’t need to have the BTA logo)?
