The driver who killed cyclist Daniel Frank in October on McLoughlin Blvd. pleaded guilty yesterday to criminally negligent homicide and drunken driving.
Ballew was in the Clackamas County Jail; her sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 29 in Clackamas County Circuit Court. Criminally negligent homicide is a class B felony punishable by as long as 10 years in prison.
