Yesterday afternoon around 4:45pm a bicyclist on a Penny Farthing passed me by as I was sitting by N. Williams Ave in Portland. Anyone know who owns this classic bike? Unfortunately, it was too dark to get a decent shot, so this substitute image will have to do.
Cascade Cycling on N. Killingsworth and Vancouver sold one last week. They’re planning on restocking with 2 more. Since they’re a classic reproduction, I wonder if they will be ticketed for not having a brake? BTW the shop has a unique selection of classic reproductions, drive shaft, internal gear, folders, and comfort bikes definitely worth checking out.
