Washington Co Agrees to Improve Chip Seal Roads

The jist of the matter is that four rural Washington County roads will be converted from gravel to a form of paving known as “chip seal”, and Hal Ballard of the Washington County Bicycle Transportation Coalition helped make the chip seal more bike-friendly. Chip-seal is a common challenge for rural bike riders. Yay for Hal and the WashCo BTC!
