This morning a few of Portland’s finest educators and community organizers convened for a season rundown of the Neighborhood Navigator’s curriculum. We discussed how it overlapped and enhanced the Community Cycling Center’s “Earn-a-Bike Program” and the Growing Gardens Curriculum taught by Growing Gardens and how these 3 spectacular programs can continue to help create livable and healthy communities. The CCC, BTA, Growing Gardens, and the Community Health Partnership were all represented at the meeting discussing these curricula which are taught during the Kelly Elementary SUN program through a partnership by all these organizations. 
Our goal is to improve the recently piloted Neighborhood Navigator curriculum for the next session and further integrate all the curricula.
