If you weren’t there on Saturday evening, you missed the best Alice Awards and Auction yet. A sellout crowd of over 750 cyclists brought so much energy into the Oregon Convention Center that it was impossible not to be pumped about bicycling. On behalf of the BTA Board, I want to again honor our Alice B. Toeclips Award winners and pay special tribute to Jay Graves, winner of our Bud Clark award for lifetime achievement.
Thank you all for showing support  – BTA members, friends, family, community leaders, elected officials and candidates – by coming to celebrate our award winners and supporting the BTA with your auction purchases and contributions. And to our sponsors and donors, thank you for helping to make this happen.
Last, but not least, a very special thank-you to the dedicated staff members, volunteers, and board members who put in an extraordinary effort, from planning, to procuring auction goods, to making sure things ran smoothly the night of the event.
