It’s only two weeks away and already the next Kidical Mass on August 15 is gearing up to be the biggest and best ever. The ride is slated to be a part of the BTA’s new Eye To Eye safety campaign (that rolls out on August 13) and is anticipated to show record numbers of riders of all sizes.
Four rides in the Portland area have been confirmed covering all (most) sides of our fair city! Join your friends and neighbors for any of the four rides and be a part of a nationwide movement that’s steadily growing in size, fun and serious street cred. If you don’t have kids you can still join the ride as a volunteer – we need all the help we can get!
Kidical Mass is the third Friday of every month; the original downtown ride will always depart from the North Park Blocks playground.

Will someone there be a leader of the route or is there a map available?
UPDATE!
Yes, there will be a ride leader for each ride location. The BTA is sending bike safety education Ambassadors out to help lead the rides, map out a route and provide volunteer support.
Also, there will likely be a Sellwood area ride! More to come soon!
is the sellwood ride a go?
Was there a Sellwood ride?
Just wanted to let you know that the Sellwood ride is happening again this month, Friday 9/19, at 6pm. Meet at the Sellwood Pool.
