It’s happening tonight: Portland budget hearing & BTA bike ride

The Mayor’s budget proposal included $500,000 set aside specifically for bike projects and restored funding for SmartTrips and Safer Routes to School programs. The BTA and community activists like you worked hard to get bike funding into the budget, but all five City Commissioners must approve the budget – so tell them why affordable transportation is important to you at the community budget hearing tonight.
