The University of Oregon continues to push forward with plans to build a 4-story office building and a large parking lot in the Willamette Greenway between EWEB and the Autzen footbridge. If this project is built, it will block safe and convenient access between the river, downtown, and the west University neighborhood, it will impede EWEB’s redevelopment efforts, and toxins from industrial fill are leaching into the groundwater.
Please take action now to stop this proposed development along important Eugene bikeway connections.

Great post. I have worked to undermine riverfront development at this site for quite a long time. There is a second building being planned in the research park. It is a nano lab. It needs to be stopped too.
