Metro Will Vote Today on Columbia River Crossing. Act Now.

Today, Metro’s Joint Policy Advisory Committee on Transportation (JPACT) voted in support of the Columbia River Crossing (CRC). Resolution 11-4264 now goes to the full Metro Council for a vote at 2:00pm today, June 9th.

Help Protect Federal Funding for Biking and Walking

Safe Routes to School (SR2S), Transportation Enhancements (TE), Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Improvement and even Flexible Funds are in the process of being cut completely from the Senate draft of the Transportation Bill.


BTA Passes Legislation to Improve Vulnerable Roadway User Law

Today we celebrate and in the coming weeks we will prepare a bolder agenda for future legislative sessions focused on increasing funding for bike safety.
