Final open house for the Ped/Bike Master Plan tonight (9/26) at the Eugene Library
Eugene, Oregon is aiming to double the number of trips taken by bike or walking by 2031 with the help of soon-to-be-updated Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. The open house will be held in the Eugene Public Library’s Bascom/Tykeson Rooms and is the last chance for citizens to voice their opinion on the plan before it heads to the city council. If you’re in Eugene tonight, let your councilors know you support safe, sustainable, and equitable transportation for Eugene. A draft of the plan can be viewed here. City staff will present the plan to the City Council on Wednesday, October 12.
