Seeking Volunteers for BTA Finance and Audit Committee

The BTA Board’s Finance and Audit Committee is charged with shepherding the BTA’s financial audit as well as monitoring the financial operating procedures of the organization. The Finance and Audit Committee may also review performance on contracts and grants.

While we do not require any certificate or degree to serve on this committee, it will be beneficial to have a range of expertise on the committee including: accounting, human resource management, forensic accounting lawyers, grant management, bookkeeping, and administrative management. The BTA is particularly looking for members with legal and human resources experiences.

This committee meets every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7 a.m. in the BTA Offices. Members are able to join by phone for most meetings.
