On Wednesday morning, Portland Community College campuses rallied together to celebrate and encourage biking to campus.
We had a great time talking with PCC Cascade students and staff who were very appreciative of the Bike There maps and waterproof seat covers from Metro as well as the coffee, donuts, and resources provided by PCC and the student-led bike club. PCC Cascade has a particularly innovative Bike Program in which students can borrow a commuter bike for just $15/term.

We heard a report of similar enthusiasm on the Sylvania campus, and hope the other campuses had a great Bike to PCC day as well. Great energy is brewing for biking at PCC. We can’t wait to see and support their next steps to encourage biking.
