The first Sunday Parkways of the season drew a crowd of over 25,000 people to Northeast Portland yesterday, according to estimates reported by the city and local news. People of all ages came to enjoy Portland’s signature summer event with 8 miles of open neighborhood streets dedicated to biking, walking, and rolling. At four different neighborhood parks, crowds gathered to listen to live music, chat with friends and volunteers, and grab snacks from food carts.
